1. General Principles<\/strong>
At Malaga Signature Tours, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with the logistical commitments required for private guided experiences and advance ticket purchases.<\/p>

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the type of experience booked.<\/p>

2. Private Walking Tours in M\u00e1laga<\/strong>
\u25cf Cancellations made 48 hours or more<\/strong> before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund<\/strong>.
\u25cf Cancellations made less than 48 hours<\/strong> before the scheduled start time are non-refundable<\/strong>.
\u25cf No-shows are non-refundable.<\/p>

Modifications may be possible subject to availability.<\/p>

3. Day Trips from M\u00e1laga<\/strong>
Due to transportation arrangements, driver scheduling, and advance planning:
\u25cf Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund.
\u25cf Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure are non-refundable.
\u25cf No-shows are non-refundable.<\/p>

4. Monument & Ticketed Experiences<\/strong>
(e.g., Alhambra, Cathedral interiors, museums)<\/p>

When tickets are purchased in advance on behalf of guests:
\u25cf Ticket costs are non-refundable, unless the monument\u2019s official policy allows otherwise.
\u25cf If cancellation occurs within the refundable period for guiding services, only the ticket portion may be retained.
\u25cf Ticket availability cannot be guaranteed until official confirmation is received.<\/p>

Certain monuments (such as the Alhambra) operate under strict identification policies. Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal information when required.<\/p>

5. Custom or Multi-Day Itineraries<\/strong>
For tailored multi-day experiences or complex arrangements involving multiple providers:
\u25cf Specific cancellation terms will be detailed in the written proposal.
\u25cf Deposits may be required and may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on third-party commitments.<\/p>

6. Delays & Late Arrival<\/strong>
If guests arrive late to the agreed meeting point:
\u25cf The duration of the experience may be reduced accordingly.
\u25cf No refunds will be issued for time lost due to late arrival.<\/p>

7. Force Majeure<\/strong>
Malaga Signature Tours shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
\u25cf Severe weather conditions
\u25cf Government restrictions
\u25cf Monument closures
\u25cf Transportation disruptions
\u25cf Strikes or public safety concerns<\/p>

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer alternatives where possible.<\/p>

8. Refund Processing<\/strong>
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.<\/p>

Please allow 7\u201310 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.<\/p>

Transaction fees imposed by payment processors may not be refundable where applicable.<\/p>

9. Changes Initiated by Malaga Signature Tours<\/strong>
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or significantly modify an experience due to unforeseen circumstances:
\u25cf Guests will be offered a full refund or alternative arrangement.
\u25cf No additional compensation shall be owed beyond the amount paid.<\/p>
