These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and participation in experiences provided by Malaga Signature Tours.
By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once:
● Written confirmation has been provided, and
● Any required deposit or full payment has been received.

Until confirmation is issued, availability cannot be guaranteed.

3. Pricing & Payment
● All prices are quoted in euros (€) unless otherwise specified.
● Pricing may vary depending on group size, ticket requirements, and customization.
● Payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

Malaga Signature Tours reserves the right to adjust pricing in case of significant cost changes before confirmation.

4. Services Provided
Malaga Signature Tours provides private guided experiences and curated travel services as described in written correspondence and official tour descriptions.

Services are limited to those explicitly agreed upon prior to confirmation.

5. Client Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for:
● Arriving at the agreed meeting point on time
● Providing accurate personal information for ticketed monuments
● Carrying valid identification when required
● Informing us in advance of any mobility, accessibility, or medical considerations

Failure to comply with monument identification requirements may result in denied access without refund.

6. Changes & Modifications
Reasonable modifications may be accommodated subject to availability.
Significant itinerary changes requested after confirmation may result in additional costs.

7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Guests are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation terms prior to confirmation.

8. Liability
Malaga Signature Tours acts as a provider of private guiding services and, where applicable, as an intermediary with third-party providers (e.g., transportation services, monuments).

We are not liable for:
● Delays or disruptions caused by third parties
● Monument closures or schedule changes
● Personal injury or loss beyond our reasonable control

Guests participate in walking tours and excursions at their own risk.

9. Force Majeure
Malaga Signature Tours shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
● Natural events
● Government regulations
● Transportation disruptions
● Public safety concerns

Where possible, alternative arrangements will be proposed.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information provided during booking is used solely for the purpose of organizing and delivering services.

Information is not shared with third parties except when necessary for service provision (e.g., monument ticket reservations).

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
